     1. We publish and sell paperback books, ebooks, and sell used books at the retail level. Occasionally we will publish hardback editions, but only when the number of books sold of a particular title warrant the publication. We are also not a wholesaler or distributor. ♦

     2. We will assign you a buyer's account number to you and will not divulge the details of the account to any third party except when requested by the Federal government by subpoena, nor will we share your personal information with advertisers. Your financial information is kept only for record keeping purposes. ♦

     3. At this time we sell PDFs of ebooks directly or other downloadable media by prior arrangement with our providers. There are no refunds for ebooks or used books. We ask that you not mass distribute or act as a selling agent for any third party. We do offer a guaranteed replacement ebook for free if the file downloaded is corrupted or missing data. Our ebooks are also sold separately through our partner sites. If you order a printed book, see our order form for details.      4. We prefer online payments for all transactions but will accept checks and money orders as outlined below. We use USD($) as the currency of exchange. We must let your check or money order clear first before we ship to you, so expect a delay of up to 5 days. We can accept international orders by mail, as long as the international money orders are in US dollars ($). ♦

     5. Our printed NEW books are print on demand. We ship directly from our printer to your shipping address within 5-10 business days if you live in the US or US territories. If you live in another country we ask that you allow for a 2 week delay to process and ship your order. We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee on books returned as defective and/or damaged in transit. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. If you try to return the books directly to our printer source they will not be accepted*. We process the books through them and will reship the book(s) to you. Or if you prefer a full refund, we will pay you the sales price. At this time we are offering FREE shipping on any order. We do provide that there are instances where the loss of enjoyment from any product must be mitigated. But once the 30 days are up the book is considered irrevocably SOLD and unrefundable. In order to replace the book you must buy another one.
     Carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which our printer has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and postal service delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 3 weeks to arrive. We will take no action on these orders during that time. USPS business days are Monday through Saturday. Our business days are Monday through Friday. International Economy packages are delivered via the postal service of the destination country. We cannot ship to international PO Boxes. Local customs and other tariff agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. All orders addressed to an APO or FPO (military mail) must be shipped via a USPS method.

     6. All books may be negotiable for resale by another retailer only if we receive a valid state resale license and/or other documentation which confirms your right to resell. Please inquire at info(at)antellus(dot)com or antellus1(at)gmail(dot)com for more information or to make your offer. ♦

     7. Account closure is easy. If you decide to close the account it will take approximately three business days to clear the records from our books. We cannot make it any simpler than that. ♦

SPAM emails will be deleted without discussion. Emails received will be responded to in the order they are received. We strive to respond within 3 business days.
