Use this form to send your selection(s) by title, format and payment preference. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 to 36 hours, which will include your order details, account number, and total due. It will give you an idea of when you will receive the items you ordered. If you checked PayPal, the invoice will come directly from PayPal. If you ordered ebooks, the confirmation email will include your selections as attachments. We will arrange to ship as soon as your payment clears our bank or is received in our PayPal account.
